Lina Tebbs is a seasoned creative and commercial leader with over two decades of experience working across the music and creative industries. Renowned for her strategic clarity, collaborative leadership, and ability to bridge creativity with commercial performance, she has built a career shaping high-impact partnerships, driving business growth, and leading multidisciplinary teams across the UK, Europe, and international markets.

She is currently an independent consultant through Creative Notes, delivering strategic and executional support across music, tech, and creative organisations. Her work spans marketing, partnerships, business development, and content strategy, including research contributions to Music Publishing in the Age of the Songwriter, a widely referenced industry report.

Lina previously held senior commercial and creative leadership roles at Warner Chappell Production Music, Felt Music, and Audio Network, where she led business development, marketing, music commissioning, and global client partnerships. She was also previously a member of PRS for Music LCAG committee, a member of the MPA Production Music Strategy Forum, and a board member of International Production Music Group.
