Abbey Road Institute Global Graduation 2023 | Photo Gallery 📸

On Thursday, 11th May 2023, we gathered at Abbey Road Studios to celebrate our Global Graduation Ceremony, marking the accomplishments of graduates from Abbey Road Institute London and our esteemed international schools across Europe, America, South Africa, and Australia. This momentous occasion took place in the legendary Studio Two at Abbey Road, renowned for its historic recordings by iconic artists like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Oasis, Adele, and more recently, Joy Crookes, Little Simz, and DAVE. The studio’s rich musical legacy made it the perfect backdrop for our students to receive their well-deserved diplomas on stage. This unforgettable day was filled with extraordinary moments, giving guests and our students from overseas an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes of the world’s most famous recording studio.

The scene was set by Abbey Road Studio’s General Manager, Jeremy Hufflemann, who brought the history of the Studio to life, sharing some iconic moments from artists past and present and recognising the hard work our students have undertaken:

“Our graduates are entering a recording industry that is in rude health, equipped with a diploma from one of the world’s most respected production and engineering schools, and as friends of, and ambassadors for, Abbey Road Studios. We are incredibly proud of this year’s graduating cohort and are excited to see them shape the industry with the music they make in years to come.”

Abbey Road Institute CEO, Luca Barassi, welcomed our students and guests, sharing some crucial words of advice and encouragement.

‘Never underestimate the people around you as they can always teach you something or have some skill or perspective that you can steal to make you better’  to“Remember that it is rarely about equipment but it’s always about people.”

We then moved on to our epic graduation after-party at the legendary music hotspot, Egg, in the heart of London, igniting the celebrations to a whole new level of fun and excitement!
