Apply for our Dolby Atmos Mixing for Music Course

We encourage you to apply if you’re looking to specialise in Dolby Atmos Mixing for Music or are interested in diving deeper into the subject.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The application process is your opportunity to demonstrate that you meet the entry requirements necessary to join the course. So that we can assess your suitability and offer you a place. You will need to meet the following requirements and submit documentation:

  • Pro Tools Experience. We require you to have experience working with Avid’s Pro Tools. If you have a certification, please submit this. However, you don’t need a qualification or certification to apply for the course.
  • One track you have mixed in stereo in the form of WAVs, mp3s, Quicktimes or online links.
  • A Cover Letter where you demonstrate your background and experience and explain your motivation to study with us and on this course. This should include details of your ProTools knowledge and experience.
  • Photographic ID. This is typically a scan of your passport, driving license or identity card. For passports, please provide a scan of the front cover and the photo page.
  • Our courses are open to students aged 18 or above at the time of enrolment

European and International Students
This course is less than 6 months, and we are an approved learning provider, which means if you are required to hold a visa, it’s likely to be the Standard Visitor visa. You can check if you need to apply for a Standard Visitor visa based on your circumstances on the Government website. To apply for a visa, visit the UK government website. During your studies, you will not have any working rights in the UK whilst on a Standard Visitor visa.
