‘Not a second in the studio is wasted’ Interview with Haydn Bendall

We were delighted to work with Haydn Bendall again this summer on a recording session with our students in Abbey Road Studio Two.

Haydn is a Grammy winning record producer, engineer and mixer. He was Chief Engineer at Abbey Road Studios for more than ten years. In 2009 Haydn was awarded the Audio Pro Industry Excellence Award for Best Studio Engineer.

Following on from our session we interviewed him to find out about some of the highlights of his career. Haydn also offers advice to new graduates entering the music industry today.

If you’d like the opportunity to learn from industry experts like Haydn read about our diploma here.
