Abbey Road Institute Global Graduation 2025 | Photo Gallery 📸

On Wednesday, 11th June, we held our annual Global Graduation 2025 at Abbey Road Studios. We had the pleasure of hosting the ceremony in Studio One. A space home to a plethora of renowned recordings, from Noel Gallagher to Little Simz, Dua Lipa, and Harry Styles, among others.

It was great to bring together graduating students from all over the world for this special occasion and reunite with many familiar faces! We spent the day celebrating the achievements of the next generation of talented music producers, engineers and musicians with staff, friends and family.

To start things off, Abbey Road Institute CEO Luca Barassi set the tone with a welcome speech. He says,

“This room has been the birthplace of timeless music, groundbreaking innovation and unforgettable moments in audio history. Today, we add another chapter to that legacy, as we celebrate the remarkable achievement. This year is especially significant. Not only because we gather in the newly refurbished Studio One to celebrate our graduates, but also because we mark the 10th anniversary of Abbey Road Institute!“

Our graduates were delighted to receive several special good-luck wishes and inspirational messages from friends of Abbey Road Institute and music industry figures.

Including Grammy-Award-Winning engineer and the queen of microphones, Sylvia Massy, Grammy-Award-Winning mix engineer Andrew Scheps and others. In one of the messages, esteemed guitarist, songwriter and producer Nile Rodgers shared words of encouragement:

“If you believe in your music and believe in what you’re doing, just commit. Because everything I did to make it was exactly what people told me not to do. But I believed so much, and I had other people who believed in me. It was those other people who made it happen.”

Overall, the Global Graduation was a joyful and celebratory experience, shining a light on our talented alumni. We concluded the day with Stories from the Studio, a 45-minute exclusive performance by a string quartet made up of musicians from the London Symphony Orchestra. They played a selection of groundbreaking scores and singles that had famously been recorded at Abbey Road Studios.

We wrapped up the celebrations with the official Abbey Road Institute Global Graduation party, at Night Tales in Hackney, London. Check out a few shots from behind the scenes below.
