Hugo Bechstein

Composer, songwriter and producer Hugo Bechstein joined our Advanced Diploma in Music Production and Sound Engineering with a background as a classically trained viola player. After graduating in 2016, Hugo was personally selected by legendary producer Walter Afanasieff, who’s credits include the likes of Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Andrea Bocelli & Josh Groban, as the sole composer for a unique project based in Los Angeles called “ISINA”. Since he graduated, Hugo Bechstein has also been invited to assist Grammy Award winner John Dunkerley during orchestral recordings at Abbey Road Studios. More recent projects include a commission to record an orchestral album for Audio Network.
