Cillian O’Sullivan

Cillian O’Sullivan is an accomplished songwriter, producer, and sound engineer from Ireland with a deep passion for music.
Starting his songwriting journey at a young age, Cillian began playing classical piano, and guitar. He later developed a love for production whilst studying English at the University of Limerick. Here he created lo-fi tracks for a YouTube channel and radio station. His producing journey began under the mentorship of Shane Wixted, where he was allowed to operate out of one of the rooms at his Launchpad LK Studio. Shane played an important role in Cillian’s development as an engineer and producer.
Cillian then applied for the Abbey Road Institute. In February 2025, He graduated with a degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering and became a technician.
A significant milestone in his career came when one of his songs was chosen to be recorded by Haydn Bendall in Studio 2 at Abbey Road. This was an unforgettable experience that marked a pivotal point in his growth as a songwriter.
As a versatile musician, Cillian has toured Ireland performing in gigs as a pianist. During this time, he played for an artist called Abesoare, whose inspiring talent had a profound impact on Cillian’s creative approach.
Cillian has collaborated with talented creators such as Jim Alxndr, a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Additionally, Xantoné Blacq, a multi-instrumentalist and composer who played the piano for Amy Winehouse.
Looking toward the future, Cillian is focused on further developing his songwriting skills and working with artists to create exceptional music that resonates with audiences worldwide.
