Amy Samson

Amy Samson began her music career at Solar Management, where she managed artists, producers and songwriters for 12 years, including Grammy Award Winning Mixer Dan Grech who she continues to manage today. She then moved to the role of Director of A&R at the UK office of Spirit B-Unique Music Publishing, working with some exceptional writers and artists, including Johnny McDaid, JC Stewart, James Bay, Corey Sanders, Benjamin Francis Leftwich and John Newman.

In 2018, Amy joined Universal Music Publishing.  In her role as Senior Creative Manager – Sync A&R, she manages relationships with the company’s frontline roster of artists, producers, and writers, runs sync writing camps, arranges sync-focused writing sessions and sync marketing and events.  She works closely with the A&R team highlighting key trends and developments in the Film & TV industry and providing integral sync insight to help inform signings and catalogue acquisitions. Amy recently signed writer/producer Jack Leonard to UMPG, the first deal to utilise her Sync-A&R role.
