Ryan Rusconi
Ryan Rusconi is a talented composer and audio designer who graduated from our Advanced Diploma in Audio Post Production for Film and TV in 2022. Since completing his studies at our Angel Studios, the alumnus has attained the position of a Technician at Soho Theatre.
Here, Ryan has a range of responsibilities, including sound engineering, working on light design, and show programming. In addition to ensuring the technical aspects of each performance meet the vision of the company and supporting artists effectively.
Talking about his role at Soho Theatre, Ryan says: “It’s a fantastic environment to expand my skills and collaborate with other creatives.”
Alongside his job at Soho Theatre, Ryan is also the co-founder of NCProduction a multi-media organisation committed to championing young creatives.
Ryan has worked on a variety of projects that have helped him develop his skills as a sound designer. Some of his career highlights include Benchwarmers for the Roundhouse Film Fund, ‘Fighting Chance’ and ‘You’re a FOB’.
As for what’s next, Ryan is focusing on musical production as a freelancer, growing NCProductions and kickstarting OpenEarsMagazine. The latter is a platform for musicians and those passionate about sound. Moving forward, Ryan is excited to expand into independent projects and collaborations and aims to bring more creative visions to life in both theatre and film/TV.
