Gabi Seaton

Recently graduating with a Distinction in our Advanced Diploma in Audio Post Production for Film and TV, Gabi Seaton now works as a freelance foley artist and sound designer in Essex/London.

With extensive experience and training in all aspects of audio post-production, including Foley performance, sound effects editing, dialogue/ADR recording and music editing. Gabi is an advanced film sound editor with proficient experience using Avid’s S6 console.

With previous experience working as a music teacher in both primary and secondary schools, right now Gabi is continuing that path and is mentoring and tutoring students throughout Essex in various areas, including instrumental performance, music production, composition, and band performance.

She always has her recording equipment and laptop at hand. In between work finding and creating sounds whenever she can, and builds her sound library for future projects. “I try to use my time wisely, when there’s a gap in my schedule, I look around and see what I can record, from classroom equipment to background sounds”.
